The Best Granola Ever

Ingredients 3 Cups Rolled oatsBest Granola Ever 1-1½ Cups Nuts* ½-¾ Cup Liquid sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave or brown rice syrup) ¼-½ Cup Oil (Neutral Oils like Spectrum® Canola, Grapeseed, or melted Coconut Oil) 1 Tsp Hain® Sea Salt 1 Cup Flaked Coconut (optional) 1-2 Cups Seeds (Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower, Spectrum® Essentials Brand Flaxseed Dietary Supplement, Millet, or Sesame Seeds) 1½ Cups Spectrum Essentials® Brand Seeded Blends Dietary Supplements. Choose from Decadent Blend, Tropical Fruit Blend, Ground Flaxseed with Mixed Berries, Warrior Vitality Blend or Orchard Fruit Blend 1 Cup Dried fruit (add after baking) ex: Cranberries with Spectrum Essentials® Brand Flaxseed with Mixed Berries, pineapple with Spectrum Essentials® Brand Tropical Fruit Blend, raisins or dates with Spectrum Essentials® Brand Orchard Fruit Blend   Preparation 1. Mix oat, nuts, seeds, Hain® Sea Salt, sweetener, flaked coconut, Spectrum Essentials® Brand Tropical Fruit Blend in a large bowl. 2. Spread out on a large sheet with deep edges lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300ºF for 30 minutes. 3. Stir and place back in oven for another 15 minutes until toasted. 4. Let cool and add dried fruit if desired.   * Note: If you have raw nuts, mix them in with everything else and bake normally. • If you have nuts that are already roasted, wait until after baking and add them along with the dried fruit.
